These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kameleon Training Platform ("Platform"), operated by Kameleon Training ("Kameleon," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you are accessing the Platform as an employee of a Client Organization (an organization that has contracted with Kameleon), your use is also governed by the agreement between your organization and Kameleon.
Kameleon is an AI-powered training platform for customer-facing teams. It provides roleplay simulation, conversation evaluation, performance tracking, and coaching tools to help employees develop customer-facing skills.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence, including the Anthropic Claude API, to generate simulated member responses, evaluate training conversations, and produce coaching frameworks. All AI-generated content is for training purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, regulatory guidance, or employment evaluation.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: professional skills training. You agree not to:
The Platform includes automated conduct monitoring. Messages containing prohibited language are blocked before processing and flagged for review by your organization's managers.
Your account is created and managed by your organization's administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for administrator and superadmin accounts. You are responsible for maintaining control of your MFA device.
Your training sessions โ including conversation transcripts, scores, and AI-generated feedback โ are stored and may be reviewed by your manager and your organization's administrators. This is a core feature of the platform designed to support manager coaching.
Training session data belongs to your Client Organization under its service agreement with Kameleon. Individual employees may access their own session history from their dashboard.
The Platform uses AI to generate member roleplay responses, session evaluations, coaching notes, and performance tool outputs. You acknowledge that:
The Platform, including the A.D.A.P.T. framework, evaluation methodology, scoring rubrics, scenario library, and all software, is the intellectual property of Kameleon. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Platform content or methodology.
Content you enter into the Platform (your training conversation messages) remains yours, subject to Kameleon's right to process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform depends on third-party services (including Anthropic, Railway, and ElevenLabs) whose availability is outside our control. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime may occur.
AI features require the Anthropic API to be available. If the API is unavailable, a fallback simulation mode operates for roleplay practice; evaluation and coaching features will be unavailable until the API is restored.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kameleon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided for training purposes; Kameleon is not responsible for outcomes in actual member interactions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to Client Organizations.
